Job Title: Equity Analyst Location: Richmond, Kingston, Surbiton, Guildford, Hampton Salary: Up to 38,000 + Performance Bonus, BUPA, Career Average Plan Pension, Share Scheme + Site Benefits Evolve Recruitment are currently looking for an Equity Analyst for a global, FMCG client of ours. Key Responsibilities: In the administration of Global Equity plans for Performance Based Share Awards, Matching Share plans, restricted stock, annual and interim award and pay out processes which involve the following activities: Review the Long Term Incentive Plans/ Share Plans/ Equity Plans and make recommendations against global guidelines and Policy'sConsolidate all recommendations and prepare presentations for local boards to reviewOversee the process with third party providersManage the information flow between countries to Total Reward StatementLead all preparation and communication of Total Reward StatementsLiaise on a regular basis with Country Manager's/ Financial Controllers with regards to budgetsManage the annual enrolment processOwnership of the communication between payroll and ensure accuracyLiaise regularly with Treasury with regards to share prices, etcWork with the Service Provider to resolve Operational issues Key Skills: University GraduateExtensive experience in HR Service delivery/operationProven experience in management of third party service providers, and of structured service delivery methodologies, including governance, issue management, relationship managementVendor managementStakeholder managementWorking with 3rd partiesStrong PC skills in Advanced Excel (super user required), Word, and PowerPoint required.Knowledge of Workday, PeopleSoft and SharePoint is desirable.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must communicate with employees at all levels within the organization about complex compensation/tax/payroll matters.Strong data analysis and analytical skills to anticipate possible outcomes and issuesExcellent problem solving skillsExcellent administrative and organization skills.
