ER/HR Advisor

South Bedfordshire

£14.00 per hour

My client offers business to business services, the HR team support high numbers of employees so the work is very fast paced.  We are seeking a temporary ER/HR Advisor to help support them with disciplinaries, grievance, sickness and other HR issues until the return to work of one of the team.

The role is office based without travel and the contract is to start immediately until the end of February.  

Candidates will need to have exposure to managing ER cases (up to 60 cases at a time) supporting remotely from head office.  The role may suit someone with strong ER casework experience who needs work to tide them over perhaps before another role starts or whilst they are job hunting.
