I am looking to speak with talented ER specialists or HR Generalists looking to make a move into Employee Relations.

Our client, a world-leading consultancy with an outstanding reputation, is seeking to recruit an ER Manager into their Londonoffice.

FANTASTIC opportunity to gain some strong ER experience in one of the top global consultancy firms, to then move into a more senior generalist or ER specialist role.

Your role will be to support on all ER issues as well as liaising with HR Managers and Partners to provide them with innovative advice. There will be some direct reports into this role. This is a client-facing role where you will manage cases relating to your business groups, work on performance management initiatives directly with business leaders, support on restructuring projects and deliver training and coaching for example.

The successful candidate:

- Strong ER experience, including managing complex disciplinaries and grievances, experience of restructures, ideally some TUPE.

- Degree educated, ideally with CIPD or equivalent

- Professional services experience is ideal but candidates from other sectors will be considered

- Experience of working directly with key stakeholders and managers in client groups
