Employee relations specialist, leading international brand, West Midlands with regional travel, £65,000 plus car and 20% bonus My client a leading international organisation is looking for an exceptional employee relations specialist to join their West Midlands team. This employee relations specialist role will deal with all complex ER cases and set the ER agenda for the region.
