Job Title: European Recruitment Manager
Location: London (West End)
Salary: Up to £60k plus annual performance bonus
Our client, a global IT Consultancy is looking for a Reward and Executive Hiring Manager to manage both the senior recruitment and seasonal compensation & benefits reviews of the EMEA region; and act as an advisor to Business Partners for all regional recruitment and staffing. In this Pan European role you will work alongside the HR Business Partner and Head of Sales in the London Office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop all resourcing action plans that are both cost efficient and timely.
- Liaise with Senior Management across Europe to successfully deliver resourcing initiatives
- Executive Hiring of Leadership managers and Sales professional across EMEA
- Manage the full recruitment cycle
- Responsible for all closing contracts
- Advise Senior Management on resourcing matters and provide suggestions for improvement
- Benefits Analysis
- Implementing Reward strategy
- Benchmarking
The Successful Candidate:
- Experience of working in an IT Outsouricng/Offshoring industry
- Experience of sales and executive hiring of Leadership professionals
- Experience of Global hires/Working in a Pan European Environment
- Have experience of Compensation and Benefits
Experience of strategic planning and senior hiring
