Our client is a leading financial services company based in Canary Wharf and they are currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Compensation specialist to join their team. This is a new role and has a global remit. The role has arisen as our client is keen to introduce creative solutions to retain and attract the top 150 executives in the business. You will have a wealth of experience with project management, LTIPs and executive compensation. You will also have the credibility to face off to the senior stakeholders in the business and partner with them to offer a world class reward function. This is a fantastic experience to join a growing team and work in a global role. This isn't a transactional reward role so candidates must have experience in executive compensation and project management.
