The Role As part of a team of research experts, you will partner with our recruitment Directors to understand their client's talent needs and manage the sourcing process that delivers a brilliant shortlist and exceeds expectations. The role goes beyond just understanding the experience profile they are looking for on paper. You will need to get under the skin of the organisation, understand the cultural DNA and what personality traits and behaviours make people successful. In addition, we will expect you to be able to build and communicate the selling story to prospective candidates in order maximise interest, overcome concerns and draw passive candidates to consider making a career move. We are looking for talented individuals who want to learn and develop their existing skills and who hold value a truly in-depth approach to research, leaving no stone unturned in striving to uncover the very best candidates for our clients.
