Experienced Resourcer Opportunity
Basic £16,000-£20,000 DOE with commission up to £25,000+

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Resourcer to join our office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing company at a time when you can make your mark upon the organisation and develop with them.

JAM Recruitment is a young, privately held Consultancy specialising in HR, Engineering, IT and Supply Chain Recruitment. At JAM we pride ourselves on our honest and open approach, we use our market knowledge and gain a full understanding of a job requirement to find the best candidates for our clients, giving advice on candidate availability, salary levels, market conditions, etc.

The Role;
As a Resourcer you will be working alongside experienced consultants gaining essential training. You will have responsibilities of resourcing strong candidates to fulfil all job requirements by either searching the database, recruitment websites or advert response; screening candidates via the telephone and coaching candidates through client interview processes. You will learn the full recruitment lifecycle and deal with specific clients, controlling this process to a competent level.

The Ideal Candidate!
You'll need to demonstrate an excellent telephone manner, be able to communicate at all levels, have the ability to determine if a candidate is a good skill match for a role and work well within a team. You must be enthusiastic and sales orientated, resilient and ambitious. Extensive training will be provided for this role.

Ideally you will have a proven successful record in a resourcing role in the recruitment sector. We are looking for those that use innovation in finding high calibre candidates and for those that have been used to working in a fast paced environment.

If you have been interacting with the clients as well as you candidates that would be advantageous.
