Due to continued success and growth, an opportunity has arisen for a French Speaking Trainer to join our Global Customer Engagement team in Portsmouth.
Who are we looking for?
As our ideal Trainer, you will have a passion towards training, demonstrating the necessary fundamental training concepts, including facilitation, instruction and classroom management to ensure optimal learning. You will:
- Have the ability to promote an active and engaged learning environment
- Be able to coach and motivate employees to achieve optimal performance
- Provide developmental feedback to delegates during induction and recurrent training
- Possess the ability to communicate and engage with key stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Have the ability to develop, establish and maintain training materials, presentations, manuals, aids and assessments
- Possess knowledge of Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, be organized, confident, assertive and able to absorb information quickly.
What will I be responsible for?
Joining the team as a Trainer, you will take responsibility for providing coaching, communication and training solutions to the GCE Contact Centre teams and at times other areas of the business.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence and impact the quality of service provided to our customers and clients through the provision of timely information, communications, training, coaching and development support.
You will be adding value by improving performance, motivation and contributing towards team member retention through follow up coaching and continuously evaluating the effectiveness of training solutions.
You will be required to contribute to the design and delivery of training programmes taking on the challenges of building a library of development activities enhancing the performance of the team. You will also contribute towards the overall team practices which include some administration as well as gaining valuable exposure towards training design, delivery and evaluation.
