With even bigger plans for future expansion in 2017 and beyond, the time is right to jump on board with this rising star. The role This role is all about training and relationships. Your role involves training the company's clients to be experts on our software as well as maintaining and improving relationships with them. You will make regular client visits in the UK, France and Germany. Here you will set up software and train your clients how to get the best results from it. You will also use this time to collect valuable feedback and to develop your relationships with your clients. You will also spend time working from the company's UK head office in Cambridgeshire to your clients remotely. The office environment is relaxed, good fun and multi-cultural. Your clients will predominately be based in the German speaking regions, although you will be able to provide support in all of the languages that you speak. You will work in a relaxed office environment where you will be given all the tools you need to succeed. You will be given many training opportunities and due to the growth plans of the company, your career prospects will be fantastic. Key Responsibilities: Installation and training of all the suite of products direct to all levels of staff at client's offices Present short training courses on a one-to-one basis or up to 15 delegates classroom style Build strong relationships with accounts managed through providing a high level of customer service and product support Provide ongoing customer and product support both face-to-face and on the telephone Ensure any customer requests, issues and queries are actioned promptly providing updates to customers on the status of those items raised Feedback customer comments and ideas to help drive future development Offer advice on usage of the company's products to solve customer problems and reach particular objectives Regularly visit key dealer groups and manage their accounts effectively and efficiently and overcome any issues Experience Required Fluency in German Training or presenting experience is preferable Customer service experience from any field Ability to travel regularly within Europe Interviews are available immediately and the role will start as soon as you are ready.
