International Compensation and Benefits Lead - c£50,000

Annapurna HR are working with a fantastic business who are on the lookout for a Compensation and Benefits manager to lead delivery of BAU C&B whilst also having a heavy involvement in the strategic direction of the function. This individual will also have responsibility for the management of multinational payroll and transformation agenda around payroll systems.

It is essential that the individual has international experience within the field of Compensation, Benefits & Payroll. Ideally the candidate will have proven experience working collaboratively with an HR team to improve people engagement and productivity through Reward.
