Description
A fast growing financial services organisation are looking to recruit a Global Head of Talent Development to join the team.
Reporting straight into the HRD the role will involve all aspects of Talent Development and managing a team with a global remit.
The role will also include having a strong influence throughout a massive HR Transformation project. The company has recently expanded and is looking to recruit strongly in the new year with an emphasis on attracting high calibre individuals with a strong corporate background.
This Global Head of Talent Development will also have L&D responsibility and need to be an extremely passionate, enthusiastic and ambitious individual who will fit into a like minded team.
Ideally the canididate will have strong FS background in Talent Development from a large corporate background and will be an ambitious, charismatic and high potential Talent professional looking to take on their first Head of role.
