A fast growing financial services organisation are looking to recruit a Global Head of Talent, Resourcing and OD to join the team.

Reporting straight into the HRD the role will involve all aspects of Talent Development, resourcing and OD and will be managing a team with a global remit. The role will also include having a strong influence throughout a massive HR Transformation project.

The company has recently expanded and is looking to recruit strongly in the new year with an emphasis on attracting high calibre individuals with a strong corporate background.

This Global Head of Talent will also have L&D responsibility and need to be an extremely passionate, enthusiastic and ambitious individual who will fit into a like minded team. This is a very senior role with a lot of freedom to influence and drive change and only an individual with this capability will be suitable for the position.

Ideally the candidate will have strong FS or a blue chip background in Talent Development and will be an ambitious, charismatic and high potential Talent professional looking to take on this extremely exciting role.
