A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Global Mobility Associate within a leading FMCG brand. The Global Mobility Associate will support a defined geographical area and manage all areas of the companys global mobility. They will act the primary point of contact for all operational activities throughout the expatriate lifecycle and will advise HRBPs and other key stakeholders on appropriate policies for assignments. The Associate will also make informed decisions regarding the budgets surrounding assignments, provide support to HR teams regarding redundancies and localisations, and keep the online assignee database up to date ensuring accuracy. The candidate will be of graduate calibre with proven experience in an operational Global Mobility role. You must also have the technical ability to manage compliance issues, strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent IT skills and an awareness of cultural differences and the challenges of working globally.
