Global Benefits and Mobility Manager - up to £85,000

Annapurna HR are recruiting for an industry leading organisation who are looking to bring in a Global Benefits and mobility Manager into their organisation. This role will very much be a no.1 within this specialism. It role and have responsibility for both the strategic direction and hands on development of benefits and the global mobility policies within this global organisation.

The successful candidate will be expected to have the capability to operate at a strategic level but also have the proven experience in a hands on delivery focused role. Global mobility experience is essential. Ideally the individual will have experience in a global organisation due to the complexities surrounding benefits vendors across the globe. Experience in a regulated environment may be useful to work with the complexity of this role.

This is an excellent opportunity to sit in a role that has both strategic and hands on benefits & Global mobility development responsibility for a global organisation.
