The Background:
This leading global organisation is actively seeking a Principal Global Mobility Manager to join their growing team. Reporting into the Head of Operations, the successful applicant will be responsible for all cross border moves and to implement the new operating model.
The Role:
The Global Mobility Team Principal Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:
Implement Operating Model for Area
Lead the Case Management Team
Key point of contact for Engagement Partners with complex cross border engagements
Review and assess case information to determine action required
Project manage and document all activity with support from Assistant Case Manager and the Contact Centre keeping customer and stakeholders regularly informed
Reach out to colleagues across organization (e.g. global network of tax, policy and immigration specialists) for input and advice as required and become key point of contact until outstanding queries are resolved
Provide clear brief to customer addressing their tax and immigration requirements and required actions
Provide guidance to Finance and Payroll departments to ensure implementation of tax and finance support requirements
Develop a knowledge repository to continuously improve customer support and service
SLA reporting
Ensure legislative changes are covered in the Operating Model
The Person:
The successful candidate will have previous experience dealing with: international assignment, global mobility or expatriate management issues. Applicants will have a proven background in managing a successful team dealing with international mobility and the associated issues. The successful candidate will be organised, have good people skills and be able to work to tight deadlines.
