The Background:

This leading organisation is actively seeking an addition to their Global Mobility Team. Working as the Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing a sizable team of consultants ensuring the highest levels of service are offered.


The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Manage the destination service and immigration function

Manage service delivery through an experienced team of Account Managers for clients

Organization and planning of the team(s)

Staff coaching and team leader coaching

Problem solving

Optimize the business structure

Networking with peers globally

Co-thinking, continuously, on new products and services

Soft restructuring of the teams to get the right person on the right job

Make teams more efficient


The Person:

The successful candidate will have:

Sound experience of the international relocation, destination services and immigration products

An ability to demonstrate proven development of new corporate business

An excellent networker that is prepared to get involved in the expatriate community

Commercially astute

A good understanding of all aspects of business

A self-motivated team player with a passion for growing a business

A first-class communicator with a high-level of interpersonal skills

Excellent leadership and people-management

Computer literate

Sensitive to cultural differences
