The Background:

This leading organisation is actively seeking an addition to their Global Mobility team. Working as a Service Delivery Specialist you will support the team in developing and implementing standard tools, processes and templates for end-to-end global mobility processes and communication.


The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Support the review, design and delivery of global mobility processes in alignment with the overall Global Mobility strategy

Actively identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Global Mobility service delivery through process improvements and/or, where appropriate, technology solutions

Foster close collaboration with cross functional groups to ensure processes and improvement initiatives are designed from an 'end to end' perspective

Troubleshoot issues and challenges related to metrics, processes and tools, as they arise

Leverage best practices and benchmarks, and collaborate with the mobility operational and shared services teams to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the Global Mobility function

Act as a Systems 'Super User' for Global Mobility related programs and applications

Partner with the Global Mobility Team to support the communication, engagement and branding of key initiatives to reinforce the Global Mobility identity


The Person:

The successful candidate will have previous experience of: international assignments, global mobility and expatriate management. Applicants will ideally have previous experience of process improvement and change management issues within an international assignments department.
