The Background:
Reporting directly to the Global Mobility Manager this leading in-house organisation is actively seeking an addition to their Global Mobility Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the assignment process from start to finish providing the highest levels of customer service.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Maintenance of Global Mobility documents library (documents creation, sorting, inserting, distribution)
Maintenance of evidence and processing of invoice related to expatriates
Execution, management or support of smaller projects or parts of projects
Effective communication with all levels of employees and management throughout the organization on daily basis
Coordination of relocations in and out of various countries: housing, shipment of household goods, compensation, and taxation communication with vendors
Putting together the assignment packages in line with policy
Monitoring work visas/permits and starting of application for renewal when necessary
Ad hoc analysis and reporting
Help run tenders to improve our mobility processes
The Person:
The successful candidate will have previous experience dealing with: international assignment, global mobility or expatriate management issues. Applicants must have a strong understanding of the assignment management life cycle and the associated issues. Applicants with additional: expatriate tax, payroll and compensation experience would be advantageous.
