The Background:
Due to growth this leading services organisation is actively seeking a Global Mobility Vendor Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing vendor network relationships in order to provide the highest levels of service.
The Role:
The Global Mobility Vendor Manager will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Project manage the global implementation and roll-out of the Relocation Services Vendor.
This includes, but is not limited to; planning the project timeline, coordinating the execution of tasks, identification of key project milestones, preparing status updates for the HR leadership team
Support definition of key Relocation Services supporting the Global Mobility service delivery model
Review each country and identify vendor services needed for employee relocation
Partner with Relocation Services Vendor to finalize process of delivering services
Support Supply Chain Management with required service definitions, contract negotiations and establishment of service level agreements based upon business needs
Coordinate and liaise as required with Global Mobility project team and company IT to successfully integrate vendor technology
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader transformation initiatives within company
The Person:
The successful candidate will have previous experience of: international assignments, global mobility or expatriate management issues. It is imperative that applicants have a detailed knowledge of procurement and supplier management and the associated issues.
