As an HR Advisor (HRA) you will work within the Graduate Development team, providing administrative support to the team and resolving queries from internal and external clients of the team in order to support the wider HR team and the firm. - Maintain accurate records in Excel and on PeopleSoft for trainees.
- Main point of contact for prospective trainees, throughout their GDL, LPC and foreign qualified lawyers joining through the QLTS route.
- Organise events for prospective trainees and maintain contact with them through C-Mails and Newsletters.
- Attendance at LPC Focus Groups and drop-in sessions.
Ideally you will have administrative experience within an office environment and a desire for a career within graduate development.
You will have good communication and strong organisational skills and a friendly and outgoing manner. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and be able to demonstrate credibility with people at all levels. You will also have proven organisational and administration skills.
Experience of Microsoft Office and Excel would be beneficial.
