Our client, an innovative international business based in Birmingham, is looking to recruit an ambitious individual to join their HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for an already experienced HR administrator to join a fast paced team and to really get involved in the HR side of the business. Due to the high pressured nature of the role our client is looking for a hard working individual who isn't afraid to get involved. Your daily responsibilities will include: Providing professional advise to all staff Providing support for the organisation of training and development courses Managing the recruitment and selection process across the wider business including interviewing, inductions and new starter documentation Managing employee files and monitoring the sickness and absence procedure Liaising with payroll on a monthly basis to ensure smooth transactions Involvement in disciplinary and grievance procedures Coordinating international travel The ideal candidate will have experience in the above responsibilities, they must possess a HR degree or equivalent and must have experience in HR administration.
