This role can be based in Birmingham, Cambridge, Ipswich, Kettering, Leicester, Milton Keynes or Norwich

A great opportunity for a Graduate Recruiter to work for a leading Accountancy firm. You will be responsible for hiring top quality talent and driving the campus and school leaver strategy.

This is a multi site role and will entail extensive travel. You will be responsible for:

· Partnering with the Brand Senior Officer to drive the trainee marketing strategy across relevant universities and social media
· Managing the school leaver strategy, attending and presenting at events where required
· Creating and managing relationships at universities eg. careers services, departments, societies
· Driving and managing the alumni, school leaver and ambassador teams
· Building and developing relationships with key contacts across peers and the education sector to build market knowledge
· Ensuring the right business representatives are sourced, briefed and coached
