The Role They are looking for ambitious graduates to join our client's graduate scheme, and to help them grow their recruitment team focused on UK markets. Specific qualities are needed to be considered this opportunity Intelligence - recruitment, done right, is not easy, so intellectual capability and social intelligence are a must.Ambition - trainees are rewarded with fair progression, with top performers moving up within 1-2 years to manage teams of consultants.Financialmotivation - recruitment is an industry where people who work hard are rewarded. The average salary earned in the first year at this client is 38,500 as a combination of both basic salary and commission cheques, but top graduates have exceeded 55k in their first year. This client seeks to change that - there are strong ethical guidelines that must be adhered to by all employees - team lead and trainee's alike.Competitiveness - the only way to truly succeed in this industry is to want to win and be the absolute best in the industry at what you do! Training Training for our graduates will be run by our client's very own senior management and directors. You will learn the 360 recruitment process from start to finish. Starting with delivery - this means how the firm finds and locks in the best candidates in the market through resourcing and headhunting. After 4 weeks, you will learn how to bring on new clients and manage existing relationships. Business development is one of the hardest aspects of a sales role, so getting the best training is crucial. Once training is over our client will expect you to be out of office 40 hours in a month meeting with new and existing clients, so getting the best understanding of how to secure new business for the firm is essential. Training will be 10% in a classroom, 90% on the job being shadowed by a mentor. After three months, you will be set free to put all your new knowledge to work! Ideally, you would have graduated within the past three years from a top 30 UK university with a 2:1 or above but apply regardless - it doesn't matter where you come from or what you look like; as long as you have graduated within the past three years and have the qualities and potential required then get in touch. The Basics A market-leading 22,500 basic salary, with average first-year earnings being just under 45,000.A generous and fair individual and team commission structure, to reward you while encouraging cooperationFull gym membership, and you're encouraged to go during the day!Two company-wide holidays a year - last year they went skiing in France and to Dubai - as well as regular all-expenses-paid socials.28 days holiday per year, plus a 2pm finish on your birthday and a noon start the day after - no points for guessing why.!
