Working as part of the Management Team you will ensure that HR operates as a true business partner engaging with a diverse workforce to ensure that all members of the organisation are driving towards a common business strategy. In addition you will be working closely with colleagues within the parent group so your ability to turn wider group strategy initiative into workable local solutions will be in evidence from your previous roles.

Your background will ideally be from the automotive manufacturing sector with an understanding of the rigours of a just in time and just in sequence environment, you may currently be a multi-site HR Manager or a Head of HR within a smaller business who is looking to make the step up to a larger organisation.

Personally you will be able to demonstrate exceptional credibility which, with commercial acumen and strong communication skills, will enable you to build and leverage strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisational strata.

This is a role that will test your skills at both a strategic and transactional level and the whole organisation will fall under your jurisdiction, you will be comfortable asking difficult questions and challenging decision makers. You will be able to demonstrate an agility that allows you to change direction at short notice and hit testing deadlines.
