Are you an experienced Internal Recruiter looking for a new challenge? Or perhaps you're a Recruitment Administrator who wants to progress and start managing your own vacancies? If any of these sounds like you, then we are looking for a Group Recruitment Resourcer and would love to hear from you!
We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to be responsible for sourcing high calibre candidates for roles across our group of companies, including CNN Training Consultants, CNN Recruitment Consultants and Brian Scaddan Associates. This is a varied role, sourcing candidates for a variety of different roles across a number of sectors, including education & training, office support and construction trades.
What can we offer you?
. A competitive base salary of circa 20,000 (depending on experience) + commission on candidates who are sourced and placed into roles by the Resourcer
. Company laptop and phone
. 28 days' holiday including bank holidays + your birthday each year and extra holiday for long service
. Online benefits with Perkbox, which includes a range of discounts and benefits on things like shopping, insurance, health & fitness and wellness advice.
. Real opportunities for progression - as we grow, you grow!
. Personal and Career development - we understand better than anyone that we need to continually update our skills, so we can support you with that!
What does the role involve?
As Group Recruitment Resourcer, you will be getting involved in the proactive sourcing of candidates. This will include (but is not limited to) the following duties:
. Placing adverts on job boards and managing applications that come through
. Using social media to network with candidates and build talent pools of candidates
. Shortlisting activities, including communicating with candidates following receiving applications and telephone interviews
. Interview coordination
. Any necessary administration to support the above tasks
. Liaising with the Group HR Manager to ensure that the recruitment strategy for the group is being followed through and making any necessary suggestions or improvements to processes to ensure that the group is finding talent in the right places.
To be successful at this role, you will need to be:
. An excellent communicator, both verbally and written
. Self-motivated and ambitious
. A great coordinator with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
. The type of person that always looks for a solution to a problem and can be creative and think 'outside of the box' when doing so
. Motivated by financial incentives and have a desire to progress in the role
. Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
It would be great if you have some experience working in a recruitment role, i.e. recruitment administration to help you be successful quickly, although this is not essential as full training will be given.
It would also be great if you have a business orientated qualification, whether this be an NVQ/diploma or degree. Your passion and personality is far more important, and your attitude is what will make you successful.
If this sounds exciting and think you're up for the challenge, send your CV along with some details about what you think you'd bring to this role, and we'll get back to you
