Our business is growing, we are going through an exciting period of change and there is a massive energy within the teams to develop performance. In preparation for the increase in new hires for 2017, we are growing our Training and Development team by the addition of a new Group Training and Development Officer. Job Purpose This role will involve delivery of training and coaching across the entire Reassured group. This training will be delivered in line with Reassured corporate culture and values, taking into account all regulatory responsibilities. Duties and Responsibilities Delivery of Induction TrainingManagement of Inductees through their Grad BayCreating and updating training materials as requiredSeeing new starters through their Induction to Probation programmeAd-hoc training requirements, including soft skills, sales training or product specific trainingOngoing TNA related to training performanceLiaison with all business areas to ensure training requirements meet business needsEnsuring all training is up to date with current regulationCreation of and updating Training MIProject work as required by the Group Head of Training Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a real passion for training and staff development. They should have an outstanding training delivery style and technique, and be able to train competently at a variety of business levels. They should also be an experienced coach, capable of helping staff to reach their full potential. Requirements Experience of sales, or sales trainingExperience of working within a fast-paced environmentEducated to GCSE level, with A-C grades in Maths and EnglishOutstanding training deliveryHigh quality training material preparation Additional requirements - desirable but non-essential Knowledge of FCA regulationHave worked as a trainer within an FCA regulated environmentExperience of delivering coaching on a 1-2-1 basis Key Competencies Expert in training deliveryThe ability to work in a teamPrepared to go the extra mile to achieve business goalsThrives on activity and enjoys working in a fast-paced environmentPersuasive in approachComfortable talking about personal success and achievements
