Head of Learning & Talent, £500-£600p/d, 6-18 Month FTC, London

I have a fantastic opportunity to work as the Lead on a major HR Transformation Project within one of the UK's leading names. You will lead the whole transformation and be particularly strong in the Learning & Development area.

You will be the figurehead within the business for the transformation and will have to drive the change through the business with excellent key stakeholder management skills. You will be instrumental over the whole of the HR Transformation and you will need to have had experience of leading HR Transformation Projects into the Shared Service/Ulrich Model.

You should have come from a large complex organisation and be able to demonstrate 'real' examples of successes within developing Learning & Talent Strategy within HR Transformation. The ideal candidate will have lead large scale HR Transformations within large complex organisations. You will be an expert within Learning & Development and have outstanding stakeholder management skills. This is a fantastic opportunity with the potential for an extended contract.
