Excellent opportunity for an experienced Reward Manager to move into a Head of Reward role for this dynamic business. Provide expert advice and lead reward initiatives and direction for this busy and fast paced business. Responsibilities will include driving incentive based compensation, managing annual pay processes, share schemes, team development and support and presenting recommendations at executive board level. Candidates must have previous experience to short term incentive or commission based schemes, reward management expertise and confident, credible communication skills.
