I am currently working with a luxury Retail business based in London who are recruiting their first Head of Reward EMEA. The Head of Reward EMEA will report into the Global Compensation Director in the US and will also report into the Vice President of HR for EMEA. This is a newly created role that will help set out the strategy and structure for all Reward across the UK and EMEA Regions. Client Details My client is a leading global luxury retail brand with a fantastic product line, they are highly regarded in their markets as an iconic and luxury producer of goods. Description I am currently working with a luxury Retail business based in London who are recruiting their first Head of Reward EMEA. The Head of Reward EMEA will report into the Global Compensation Director in the US and will also report into the Vice President of HR for EMEA. This is a newly created role that will help set out the strategy and structure for all Reward across the UK and EMEA Regions. The Head of Reward EMAA will be responsible for the delivery of the following: Assessment and collation of EMEA data via HR SystemSupport go live with SAPComplete market review of pay across all EMEA regionsInternational Benefits reviewReview, design and creation of Bonus and incentive plans for and store level employeesCommunications of total Reward packages and benefits to all EMEA employeesRegular interactions with the Global Reward Director to align EMEA strategy to Global and provide expert local market knowledge for EMEABusiness Partner and build credibility as a subject matter expert in your regionEducate, train and advise local business partners/client groups on Reward subject mattersCreate a competitive and fit for purpose Reward frameworkIncrease employee engagement through recognition schemesProduce decks and present Reward initiatives to colleagues This is a stand alone role so you will need to be prepared to be very hands on, with time this role will grow with responsibility and seniority so my client is ideally looking for somebody to grow with the role. It is a fantastic opportunity for a Reward Manager/Specialist to take a step up and be part of something creative and progressive. Profile The ideal candidate will be an experienced Reward professional with sufficient EMEA Reward experience. You will need to understand best practice in local markets and be able to advise the business on how to proceed with setting up Reward in each country and ensure all local teams are kept up to date with local competition data and governance. You will be a highly engaging and influential individual with the ability to build meaningful relationships and present great ideas to the leadership team.
