Our client is leading international FMCG business with products sold in over 160 countries worldwide. The Group currently has around 38,000 employees and operates 51 manufacturing sites across the globe. As the direction within the business moves to focus on organic growth, this is a key role is ensuring that our clients ambitious business goals will be met. You will be responsible for the design and development of a Talent strategy that is aligned to the Global Talent Strategy whilst meeting the specific requirements of Group Sales and Group Marketing and the capability requirements to deliver through our chosen Sales Growth Drivers for competitive advantage. The provision of leadership and direction to all talent focused activities and working in partnership with the Function and Region directors and their teams to effectively deploy the right initiatives that ensure the availability of the right calibre of talent for our most critical roles. Design develop and manage a functions wide talent development strategy that is aligned to our organic sales growth strategy Lead the execution of the Talent strategy across the function and mobilise commitment to the implementation of that strategy across all of our markets globally. Devise and implement an approach to the proactive mobility of talent between Marketing and Sales and between Group Sales and Group Marketing and the rest of the business that ensures the expansion of experience of our most high potential and high performing talent. Educate and embed the application of the tools and methodology of identifying potential and the differentiation of talent across the functions e.g. differentiation of specialist, vs high performers, vs high professionals etc Lead the development and introduction of high potential leadership assessment and development programme targeted at Sales and Marketing future leaders Lead the design, development and implementation of high performance individual and team development programmes including the measurement of the ROI on them Manage and chair the functions talent and organisation reviews at function and region level and ensure the effective application of this below region and in partnership with the Region HR Managers Ensure the identification of Future Leaders below CMG and ensure continuous supply of the talent pipeline and succession candidates at all levels Develop, manage and communicate career paths and plans for critical roles in Group Sales and Group Marketing Please include current salary details - basic, bonus plus any benefits - when applying.
