A national organisation are in search for an Interim HR Change Manager to join their head office team. Working for an operational focused organisation, the workforce is majority blue collar and the business is about to go through some significant restructure. The successful individual will be responsible for developing and implementing key strategies around talent, performance and engagement, whilst working closely with crucial stakeholders across the business.
Defining and delivering key strategies in talent and performance
Developing a talent plan for the business across the UK
Working closely with the HR team, particularly the Head of L&D, Operational HR head and Resourcing head.
Liaise with a high volume of stakeholders effectively and has the ability to work independently.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with extensive experience around talent management/performance and engagement. You will work closely with the HR Director and senior team in shaping the business for the next phase.
You will be dynamic in your outlook and motivated by challenges.
You will be confident with the natural ability to think on your feet.
This role will require occasional UK travel.
