Job Profile

To support operations in the delivery of the SHE strategy/plan, advising management in their legal responsibilities and providing SHE support to operatives when required.

Key Result Areas Take the lead in cultivating the company Safety Culture. Be recognised as the expert in the communication and maintenance of safe working practices Ensure conformance with Standards Inspection and auditing: Carry out effective and comprehensive audits to a set frequency Carry out joint inspections with supervisors and managers to a set frequency

Key Performance Indicators

Implement and maintain company health, safety, welfare procedures and risk control systems. Submission of information, including: Complete a Monthly report for the SHEA Manager Complete weekly plan for the SHEA Manager Report positive/negative feedback to Co-ordinator for generation of Bulletins/internal SHE information

Skills and Experience

NEBOSH Cert (Minimum) NEBOSH Diploma (Desirable) Network Rail and Gas Infrastructure knowledge and background Affiliate member (AIOSH/AMIIRSM) working towards Grad IOSH Full Driving license Scaffold Awareness
