With currently 40+ branches within the UK at the moment, with an expansion plan to increase this by an additional 27 branches in the next 3 years. This is an exciting time to join our clients business, and head up your own new branch start up. BENEFITS. Basic starting salary of 30k . 10% Bonus of branch performance (No threshold) ROLEAs a Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for heading up a new branch opening within Walsall. New branches are supported by an internal team for the initial process to help support the manager in the early stages. The branch will consist of a Branch Manager with 1 Consultant initially, which will have an opportunity to grow as the branches performance increases. As a manager you will be a strong and experienced recruitment professional, ideally with a background in Establishment care and is confident in new business sales. This role is ideal for an existing manager with experience of managing a small team, or an experienced Senior Consultant looking to step into a management role. CANDIDATE. Experienced in managing a small team of recruitment professionals. . Strong understanding of the Healthcare sector is preferred, however isn't essential. . Has a proven background in new business development, with a strong understanding of the local market.
