Description
My client is currently seeking a strong HR Admin Team Leader to manage and team of 3 in a busy and growing organisation. This is a challenging and exciting new role which offers the right candidate the opportunity to apply and develop their HR professional knowledge and supervisory skills in an operational HR team environment.Reporting to the HR and Payroll Services Manager this post is responsible for the management, development and coordination of HR Administration services and also offers the opportunity to be involved in policy development, projects such as implementing e-recruitment and other areas of HR work.
The ideal candidate must have experience of working in an HR environment, hold graduate membership of the CIPD and have the right attitude needed to be successful in this role.
