Description
My professional Services Client is seeking an experienced HR Admin Team Leader to join their HR Shared Service Centre in Central Manchester. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will lead, supervise and support the development of an HR administration team to deliver an effective HR support service, ensuring company policies, procedures and best practice are followed.Duties will include:
Ensure operational procedures are in place, improved and managed effectively and that workflow is coordinated between the team members.
Manage and ensure effective delivery of a full range of HR administration processes that support the employee lifecycle e.g. offers and contracts, employee changes, absence reporting, maternity etc.
Manage, develop and coach the HR Administrators to achieve provision of a high quality HR administration service to the firm, and address performance issues where applicable.
Act as escalation contact within the team, dealing with more complex issues/processes.
Work with the HR MI Analyst to identify the most effective reports and provision of information to support Absence Management processes and continuous development of HR reporting and statistics to support the wider HR team.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of working as a HR Admin Team Leader, have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment and be bale to demonstrate success at delivering excellent HR customer service and improving processes.
With experience in improving processes and performances, you will have effectively managed and improved capacity and possess excellent interpersonal and team work skills and be able to build long term relationships at all levels. A member of the CIPD is desired and previous project management and process improvement experience is essential.
