DMH Stallard is a forward thinking and award winning law firm with approximately 260 partners and staff spread across four offices in London, Gatwick, Brighton & Guildford. We are currently looking for an HR Administration Assistant to be based at our Gatwick site (based on Crawley High Street). The role is for a fixed term contract of 3 months to start on 3 January 2017. The HR Administration Assistant will provide administration and support to the HR team across all aspects of HR. Working closely with the HR Administrator they will work together to ensure a high quality HR service is delivered to the business. To be considered, candidates should have the following: Experience of working in an administration role, ideally in a professional services/corporate environment Ideally have experience of working in a HR environment and have previous experience of using a HR System - although this is not essential. Strong IT skills in particular MS Outlook, Excel and word Strong organisational skills Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail A quick learner, with the ability to absorb and retain new information Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills Awareness of the importance of confidentiality in this role A full job description is available on request. The hours for the role are a 35 hour week (9.15am - 5.15pm) but the individual must be able on occasion to work outside of the normal working hours if needed. The salary for this position is dependent on experience. Benefits include 25 days holiday, private medical insurance, life assurance, season ticket loans, a 5% pension contribution and a salary sacrifice scheme for childcare vouchers.
