This is a exciting and challenging opportunity that has arisen within a well known organisation in London. Reporting to the Head of HR it will be responsible for the management of a small team responsible for recruitment and onboarding of staff. It will be responding effectively and efficiently to business demands and ensuring the team are motivated, engaged and supported at all times. Whilst providing support to the Head of HR on a number of high profile projects, the role also involves the implementation and improvements of systems and processes, and embedding effective processes and ways of working between the HR admin team and internal customers The organisation operates a business partnership structure with a service centre at the core of it's operation. This role will be part of this pivotal team. It requires a resilient and accomplished people manager - one who will support and nurture their team and is firm and fair with in conflict situations and works positively in a pressurised environment and enjoys a fast-paced, solution-focussed working day. The ideal candidate will have a CIPD qualification or equivalent and have worked in a complex, matrix-style organisation. Essentially you will be a strong team leader with a positive, confident and operational approach, where you believe in empowering your team and always with the focus on excellent internal customer service. The company offers an excellent package, working environment and is located 2 minutes walk from a major tube station.
