A customer focused organisation providing a range of professional advice and support services to clinical commissioning groups and health service providers working with over 1.9 million patients across London. In addition, they provide services for London ambulance commissioning across all of London and a cancer commissioning network for North West and South London. This an initial 4 month internship paying the annual equivalent of 23,375. How can the intern expect to spend their day? The company is looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to work as part of a team and have a key role in supporting the team in carrying out activities requested to support the HR Advisor. The post-holder will help provide and coordinate HR administrative services; including, for example, assisting with structure charts, assisting with recruitment processes, taking minutes for Employee Relations meetings, producing monthly reports as requested by the team, logging Subject Access Requests, and liaising with a manager and staff at all levels. The ideal intern's personality and qualifications: This role most suits a recent graduate looking to start a career in HR within a world renowned healthcare organisation where personal development is encouraged and offered. Desired skills: Educated to degree level.Professional, calm and efficient. Highly motivated and enthusiastic.Clear communicator with excellent writing, data entry and presentation skills: capable of constructing and delivering clear information/instructions to staff and service users. Able to multitask and work under pressure in a busy working environment.Effective team-worker and minute-taker.Comfortable working in a team with people at all levels.Able to work on own initiative and prioritise workloads to changing and often tight deadlines. Able to maintain confidentiality and trust. Intermediate knowledge of IT systems and software programmes such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Desired experience (but not prerequisites): Administrative and/or HR experience, including initiating and maintaining office systems.Experience in dealing with the public and dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
