HR Administrative Assistant My client, a global powerhouse within the online travel industry, is looking for an HR Administrative Assistant to join their team in Central London. General Responsibilities Supporting the EMEA HR and Immigration teams to complete a data audit, providing logistical support (e.g. managing invoices, organising meetings); handling routine correspondence, including emails, letters, memos and reports. Requirements Required to handle confidential materials and communications with discretion. Must display appropriate levels of professional tact, courtesy, and diplomacy. Works on assignments that are routine or semi-routine in nature where limited judgment is required. Work is prioritized by the work team and you would normally receive detailed instructions on work.
