We need a first class HR Administrator to join our busy HR team. The successful candidate will support provide HR administration support, produce MI for the team and wider business, and ensure we provide excellent and speedy service, deliver a great customer experience and create rigour in our processes whilst working closely with stakeholders across the organisation. We're a growing team which covers all elements of across HR including; HR Operations, Learning and Development, Resourcing, Communications and Reward to an ambitious organisation so there is a massive opportunity to contribute to all aspects of HR and have some fun along the way. How will you know it's for you? you will have strong administrative skills, ideally experienced in working within a HR team in an environment characterised by high level of change and a flexible way of workingexceptional Excel skills is a must as within this role you will frequently need to provide Management Information involving data manipulation, production of charts/graphs and draw insight from the datayou will need to be uncompromisingly focused on delivering tasks to rigid timescalesan ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, quality and attention to detail is essentialoutstanding stakeholder management skills are needed - how we work with our colleagues and the customer journeys' we give to those who need us are of huge importanceyou'll need to be quick off the mark - high in intellect but able to move from idea to action quicklyan ability able to juggle tasks as there is a lot to do with varied priorities within a fast paced environmentwe're a quirky team and believe in having fun, but we take our work seriously - so being results driven is a pre requisite We provide a great working environment together with a comprehensive training and induction programme.
