The main purpose of the HR Administrator role is to provide a comprehensive HR first line support and administration service to all employees across the Group. This includes, managing the HR helpdesk, providing HR systems support, on boarding, referencing and inputting administration and systems updates for employment changes; probation, changes to terms and conditions, flexible working requests, life style events, leavers and annual events. This role would suit someone with excellent administration and organisational skills and ability/desire to amend and adapt systems to improve efficiency, employment Law knowledge, previous experience of working in a HR Team (essential) and excellent Microsoft Office skills. Car owner required, role based on Surrey/Sussex boarder.
