We require a HR Administrator to support our HR Advisor and HR Director with immediate effect for a period of 6 months initially to be reviewed in April 2017. As a leading international engineering organisation we are able to offer a competitive salary of between 20k and 25k, free parking, company bonus scheme, benefits package, 25 days holiday and a Mon to Fri 8.30 - 5 working week. This is a generalist HR Administration role, encompassing all aspects of HR, including; employee records administration, training, recruitment, on boarding, employee relations, policies, procedures and reward. To help drive the business forward through HR initiatives and changes which continually improve the organisations effectiveness. The main duties of the HR Administrator will be as follows:- . Keep all personnel files updated and maintain HR database ensuring compliance to Data Protection Act.. Work as part of the team to deliver a consistent HR approach across the Company and maintain accurate and complete personnel files and databases.. Liaise with payroll in ensuring all absence, starters/leavers, salary adjustments are entered onto the system. . Support recruitment in partnership with managers including; drafting adverts, posting on job boards, liaison with agencies and arranging interviews as required.. Offer management - prepare employee contracts, offer letters, starter packs, letters. . On boarding management including any necessary medicals and training required. . Support and co-ordinate HR inductions for all new starters.. Management of sickness records. . Administration of annual salary review, annual and quarterly bonus schemes including Mail Merge of letters.. Administer HR reporting as required such as absence and exit interview data. . Produce quarterly Engineers newsletter.. Assist in managing training database for Service & Rental.. Management of Occupational Health referrals.. Assist in ad hoc HR projects and undertake additional duties as required, commensurate with the level of the job.. Contribute to keeping HR policies and procedures up to date, in line with legislation and to the ongoing improvement of HR processes and procedures. The post-holder must comply with the Company's Health and Safety requirements as outlined in the H&S policy. The HR Administrator role would be of interest to a HR professional with previous HR Admin experience gained within a busy company ideally within manufacturing or engineering. Ideally you will have a CIPD qualification or be educated to degree level. You should be a quick learner and have PC skills, especially Word and Excel who is seeking a role to offer a fresh challenge and the opportunity to work within HR.
