Our client is seeking to add to their current team to support the Reward and HR Business Partnering teams across Ops, Commercial & Central Services with a range of Administrative and transactional activities to ensure the smooth running of Pay & Benefits and HR processes. Act as liaison between the Business Partnering team and the HR Service Centre to ensure that employee changes and transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Work closely with Reward team supporting the pay review and bonus process. Provision of excellent HR Administration (under guidance and direction of HRA's and Reward Manager): Supporting pay review and bonus process with data checking, upkeep and creation of spread sheets and producing associated letters using mail merge.Managing position and employee changes for all business areas using appropriate change formKeeping track of changes and liaising with the HRSC as appropriateReviewing output letters to ensure they are accurate and fit for purposeEnsuring changes are correctly made in the system and feeding back as requiredDrafting ad-hoc employment letters - including invites to various meetings, flexible working outcomes, disciplinary related correspondence, ill health, leaver letters, probation etc.Completing Occupational Health referralsGeneral admin support associated with employee case and reward managementAnswering general HR queriesCommunicating directly with line managers as appropriate by email / phone / in personUpkeep and collation of various spread sheetsCollating information and summarising as requiredAssisting with ad-hoc projects as required e.g. policy project Skills desired Customer focused individual able to work with high levels of accuracy and speed and deal with people at all levels in the businessPragmatic, common-sense approachExcellent communication skills both written and oralExcellent IT skills (Proficient user of MS Applications)Intermediate user of excel including pivot tables, V-look up and mail merge functionsAbility to search databases, find information and apply thisJudgement of when case is more complex and requires further processing or when there is an opportunity for self-serviceAttention to detailAbility to work accurately under pressure while maintaining the customer service standardsProcess orientatedAbility to maintain confidentialityFlexible in approach and able to operate with high levels of ambiguity HR experience preferable but not essential
