We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join the team in London. This role requires government security clearance. In order to be considered, you must have been resident in the UK for at least the past 3 years. The Role: Reporting to the HR Manager, you will: Provide an HR administration support service to contract locations (operational managers, employees and HR team) ensuring that confidentiality is maintained at all timesDraft written correspondence (e.g. contractual documentation, correspondence relating to discipline, grievance, absence management processes) ensure personnel files are up to date with correct documentation (e.g. right to work, DBS certification, current terms of employment, etc.)Ensure the administration in connection with appraisals, capability and probationary reviews, exit interviews are within the allotted timeframes; induct new employees and ensure the process is properly administeredParticipate in recruitment and selection of staffMaintain and monitor the HR administration systems both paper and computerised to ensure the HR database and other platforms are up to date and accurate; provide reports or statistical data when necessary; use appropriate systems to monitor and maintain recordsWorking hours are Monday to Friday 0845 to 1745 The Person: Previous experience of working as an HR administrator in a busy and demanding environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and oral; strong English language and numeracy skillsAble to prioritise workload to meet deadlines, demonstrate flexibility in approachTeam player, able to maintain confidentialityGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel essential; working knowledge of HR databases and/or reporting tools would be an advantageStudying for CIPD In return, we offer an attractive salary and benefits package, including training and development opportunities.
