This is an opportunity that doesn`t come to market very often. Working as part of an award winning team, you will act as the system administrator for the department and super user for a self-service HR system. This is a fantastic role for an analytical and systematic individual who is confident using computer systems to generate reports and analysing data. Attention to detail is also key to ensuring compliance when completing general HR administrative tasks. We need a first class administrator, with a passion for HR who thrives working with data systems. Could this be you? The duties for this role will include: Working on the development and implementation of a new HR system, acting as the overall system administrator and Super UserAssist managers and department leads in the understanding of the self-service element and management settings of the HR systemGenerate reports for the HR team and managers including absence reports, staff turnover, starters and leavers and mandatory trainingAudit new starter files, ensuring all pre-employment checks have been completed by recruitment and are in line with CQC requirementsCreate personnel files for new starters as well as accurately inputting details onto electronic system Drafting change of contract letters to employees, advising other departments of changes including payroll and updating HR systemBeing responsible for all HR department filing and updating or physical and computer files. The ideal candidate will: Have a minimum of 2 years working within a HR department Have experience working with a HR system previously, including generating reportsPossess a good attention to detail as well as accurate data input skillsHave exceptional analytical skills with the ability to use MS Excel at an advanced levelBe able to demonstrate effective communication skills both written and spoken as well as the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues of all level.
