Elevation Office Support are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator, to work for a key client in the Chesterfield area. This will initially be on a fixed term contract basis for 6 months, however has the potential to be made permanent for the right candidate.

Duties & Responsibilities will include the following:

-Recruitment administration; including starter and leaver documentation
-Assisting with inductions for new starters
-Dealing with correspondence into the HR Enquiries inbox
-Recording details of employee sickness absence
-Coordinating training courses and events
-Assisting with the appraisals process including recording training or development needs
-Arranging medicals in accordance with Company guidelines
-Responsible for fleet administration

Elevation Office Support would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills & experience:

-Previous administrative experience within a busy HR department
-Minimum 5 GCSEs Incl. Maths & English at Grade C or above
-Strong IT skills; competent in the use of MS Office & bespoke packages
-High level of accuracy and attention to detail
-Able to prioritise and work effectively in a changing environment
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
