Search HR are currently supporting the recruitment of an HR Administrator for a large UK wide business.
As part of a team of HR advisors and administrators you will be responsible for fielding first line ER related issues from operational line managers and allocating as applicable to the ER case managers. This role although Head office based may require a limited amount of travel across the UK in support of the case managers as they attend disciplinary and grievance hearings.
We are seeking a candidate with the following skills and experience.
- Previous ER exposure ideally in a multi-site business or shared service centre.
- Strong administrative skills
- An ability to prioritise accurately and efficiently
- Good communications skill
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ideally currently studying or a firm intention to study CIPD and develop their career in HR.
