Providing a comprehensive administration service to the HR team, this is a varied role covering HR, Learning & Development and Health & Safety. Delivering a proactive and customer focused service, you'll set-up new starters with payroll and keep their records up-to-date during their time in the business. Demonstrating accuracy and confidentiality, you'll also have the communication skills to deal with a range of queries, building relationships at all levels, while monitoring absence and assisting with a wide range of HR responsibilities. On top of this, you'll have a working knowledge of Microsoft applications, along with office experience, a good education and an interest or qualification in HR.
