You will provide transactional-based administrative support and first line advice and guidance on HR queries. The core of the role will be working within the Recruitment Team. Key responsibilities will include:
- delivering first tier HR resolution support by telephone
- Ensuring correct escalation of queries to second tier, liaising with people Specialists
- Process administration for recruitment, payroll, benefits and training administration
- providing routine administration of all people movements including hires, promotions, transfers, exists within agreed SLA's
Ideally CIPD qualified, or working towards, you must have HR experience ideally gained in a shared service environment.
